We care deeply about working with regional and seasonal ingredients. This allows us to support local farmers and producers while ensuring the highest possible quality.
Our spaetzle are freshly prepared by hand using a traditional slicer and made exclusively with organic free-range eggs from a nearby farm.
Many of our staple ingredients come from trusted organic suppliers, while our meat and sausages are sourced from a local artisan butcher. Our milk and cheese are delivered by a regional dairy known for its quality products.
